Orders can be downloaded from the server without error but we're getting the following errors when running a "Test" in Advanced Network Setup;
and the following when trying to do a site refresh (gets stuck on the "Creating remote directory structure" phase);
I've created new FTP user accounts, tested using the domain and IP address etc.
We're also having problems sending out order confirmation emails;
This is despite the same SMTP settings working fine through both Thunderbird and Outlook but for some reason Actinic isn't playing ball with the same settings.
An error occurred when trying to connect to the server. This can happen when the server is unreachable or you have set up an SSL server, but this server can not accept SSL connections, or Windows is confused about proxy settings. If you have Internet Explorer or another application configured to work with a proxy, the settings should be the same for Actinic. Please check your connection first.
An FTP error occurred. Error: A connection with the server could not be established
We're also having problems sending out order confirmation emails;
Can't replicate the error message at the moment. Will update if I can.
