Actinic Closes after Exporting Snapshot

Just wondered if anyone had experienced the same problem, as Actinic Support have had the site since 7th July with no fix?

Basically, once we've exported a snapshot (which creates without error) , clicked 'ok', a .dmp error appears and forces the closure of Actinc.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

It's happened a few times in the past, pretty well regardless of version, but it's been OK for a good few months now.

Is this on all your sites? My copy of Party Connection snapshots fine every time (that was a poke in the eye of fate!!!!)

Nope it's A Party Shop only, running on Vista.

I did hear from support today, funny that, but need confirmation that their 'fix' will work before I attempt it. It states that it could cause a slow upload, which obviously isnt a great side effect.

Will keep you posted.
