Just wondered if anyone had experienced the same problem, as Actinic Support have had the site since 7th July with no fix?
Basically, once we've exported a snapshot (which creates without error) , clicked 'ok', a .dmp error appears and forces the closure of Actinc.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
