Once a product is a member of a product group for discount purposes, it is not available to be used in other offers. I have come across this restriction before but it is annoying my clients more and more! The latest example is that we have a 3 for the price of 2 offer on all replacement UV light bulbs - which works absolutely fine. But I have now been asked to offer a free spare bulb with a certain brand of filter. However the particular bulb does not appear on the list of available reward products because it is already a member of a product group. Any ideas?? I'm using Business Plus 9.0.4.
