Hi
One of my customers sells products that are unique and once sold he deletes the product, then purges content. Obviously the image files used by that product are not removed, so he then deletes them from the images sub-folders in Site1.
The problem is that he is then getting FTP errors on upload naming the deleted image files (for which the products no longer exist, and which should therefore not be referenced).
Is it possible that this is because he needs to do an upload after deleting/purging the sold products, but before deleting the associated image files, to give Actinic a chance to reconcile the database?
If not, then what should he do?
