    The specified product reference (PETFISHROCK22301-1) couldn't be found.

    Hello
    i have been having a problem with links from my home page in the marketing sections, ( find out more links )
    when clicking the find out more links you receive a error

    This happens on 80% of the products on this home page.

    i have searched for other fixes and solutions on here and have tried a web refresh after re generating the lists,
    still no joy
    any thoughts ?

    Just experienced the same error. It was caused by forgetting to have _ instead of spaces in the filename when importing from Excel.

    ie
    This That.html
    should be
    This_That.html

      many thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately i didn't import these products from excel, any other ideas of what it could be ?

          pages names appear to be all present and correct ?

            Not sure if this is the cause but it appears that the products references giving problems all contain a '.' which may well be confusing the scripts.

            e.g. SIGGCLASTRAVDBLUE0.6

              thanks malbro, this is true for a lot of the products but not for the Eveready silver PP9 ( link on the home page )
              i shall try changing one of the "." to see anything works,
              but not sure cause as i said not all of the problem links have .'s in.

                  Check your product layouts.
                  Specifically, the ones for products that aren't working (The Eveready Silver PP9, for example)
                  Have you been editting them?
                  does the above item have a different product layout to "Eveready Super Heavy Duty Zinc AA Card of 4"?

                  There may be some code missing from the layouts, perhaps

                  If necessary, post your product layout here, in [CODE] tags

                        also, if both problematic and working products are using the same product layout, you could probably discount this being the problem too.

                            i have looked in to the product layouts with more depth and have tried using different layouts to see if that was the problem, but am still having no joy with this problem.
