The setup under marketing, Discounts & Surcharge settings in V9 looks straightforward enough, but it isn't activating - are there any known faults/ pitfalls in this ?

Apart from needing the business version of the software, not that i know of. -
I have had a few issues with it on 8.5.3.
I "believe" that if the customer excapes at a certain stage of the process, and then re-attempts the checkout, the surcharge will not be applied.
Frankly, the odd occasion that this happens makes it not worthy of further investigation from my perspective, but yes there are times when the surcharge is not applied."Live in England, and subject yourself to the punishing taxes of envy, it's hard to be a winner in a society dedicated to the glorification of losers."Comment
