eBay order management stopped automatically retrieving orders

Has anyone else eBay order management stopped automatically retrieve the orders into Sellerdeck.

So now i can only retrieve them by selecting the download from last - days section.

If i try from placed since last retrieval it just says downloading from eBay...

I have two site that use the same paypal account but when the user buys a item from one of my 2nd site it shows the other sites image in paypal.
