eBay order management stopped automatically retrieving orders

    Hello,

Has anyone else eBay order management stopped automatically retrieve the orders into Sellerdeck.

So now i can only retrieve them by selecting the download from last - days section.

If i try from placed since last retrieval it just says downloading from eBay & no orders retrieve example in image attached.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Luke.

We've not had any other reports of this to Support.

Looking through your ticket, it doesn't look like a problem with the Sellerdeck software or extension. One possible culprit is your anti-virus software. You could try disabling that temporarily and see if that fixes the issue. If so, you would need to take advice from your AV supplier.

      Hi Luke,

We have had this a few times, when we force a download it also comes up with either, locked by another user. (we have no other user) or eBay returned the following error(s) invalid ... and eliminate any non utf-8 encoding in request. We usually come out of sellerdeck and log back in....sometimes we have to repeat this if we still get the "locked by another user". We then force the download and it is back up and running. If it has been out for a while use the option Retrieve orders from last and put 2 days in, this should pick them all up. It will then run on its own to whatever time you have automated retrieval set for. We just put it down to a classic eBay glitch - "it's not you, it's us"..... Hope that helps.
