I'm somewhat a novice when it comes to Actinic and what runs "under the hood." The person that used to run the application full time has recently passed away, and I'm in need of a fix to this error. It's not a constant error, but when I go to retrieve orders, or try ordering from my website, it shows a CGI error online, but a 502-bad gateway error on Actinic. It informed me to go to my web settings, but nothing on there as far as FTP settings has changed. Can anyone point me in the right direction has to fixing this problem? My customers are having to call in because they can't order online either.
