Customers have been contacting us recently to say that the receipt page has frozen and they are not receiving email order acknowledgements (having made payments through either Sellerdeck Payments or Paypal). I have scoured the forums and found quite a few threads suggesting different reasons and possible solutions to this issue, but none of which seem to apply in this case (other versions or hosts etc).
Occasionally we receive duplicate orders as well.
Has anyone else come across this in V9?
