    Order Manager Problem

    Hi Folks
    My client has inadvertantly moved all his orders from Pending into Completed while trying to pull all the customer email addresses out.

    Does anyone know a way to get them back into Pending? pressing the Unship button doesnt do it

    Would be grateful for any help on this one

    Hi Barry

    I have been dealing with this customer directly, and I have their database that contains the problem which I have passed onto our development team - I will let you know more when I hear back from them.

        Our developers have had a look a look at the database, and it appears that the order items in the Completed tab have been exported and therefore are
        not allowed to be reopened in Actinic, and cannot changed to put them back into the pending tab.
