Error: Error opening configuration file ../acatalog/ActinicShipping.fil. No such file or directory

getting this error on v6.1.5

to date we have removed all the .fil and .cat files from acatalog folder on the server and fil from site1, and refreshed

no joy!

any ideas please

Hi Jo

One thing to check, in your site folder, go to "ShipControl" folder, do you have an "Output" folder in here. If not, then this is the problem.
Please create an "Output" folder here and again delete all .cat and .fil files, then refresh. The ActinicShipping.fil should be generated in the "SiteName\ShipControl\Output"

I have had the same problem, I deleted all the .fil files from site 1 ( inc the file from the output folder) and the .cat files from the site 1 folder then deleted the said files from the server did a full refresh and still the same problem !

Yes its there, i just deleted the.fil out of it last time i attempted an upload.

After deleting any *.fil files, do a Web | Refresh website, as these files are regenerated on a refresh.

the usual remove fils, cats etc have been done, indeed the actinicshipping.fil is in acatalog folder

No that didn't solve it either. here is a copy of what we receive from actinic

"Following error has been displayed to a customer: An error occurred while creating the order number lock file (../acatalog/Order.num). The error was No such file or directory. Actinic ecommerce can not create a unique order number and can not continue"

Although the customer see's " Error: Error opening configuration file ../acatalog/ActinicShipping.fil. No such file or directory" when attempting to pass between us and HSBC.
