I received an order that I decided was fraudulent. So I refunded the full amount through Worldpay. Then in Actinic I cancelled the line item as I understand this is how you cancel an order. However, while the order has now moved from Pending to Completed, it is now showing as "Excessive Payment Received".
Despite reading previous threads on this, I am unclear what I should do to let the software know I do not have the money. Any suggestions?
