    offline page preview not working?

My offline page preview and my world globe on the toolbar do not work.

I have this version on my laptop and its fine, tried looking in Noton though maybe it was stopping it.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Hi there

You could try setting IE back to it defaults settings, if you go into IE, then "Tools | Internet Options | Advance", here click on "Restore Default", click on "Apply" and "OK".

Close down IE and Actinic. Open actinic again and try "Browse Website".

    Kind Regards

      No still no joy.
i may have something to do with Norton Antivirus maybe as i cannot open links in my e mail either, anything else i can try.
I have looked in Norton but dont see any options for this feature?

        Hi Paul

One thing is that if you close down Norton completely, does your browse website and email work.

You might have confused your windows setup. Use file explorer to select any .html file on your PC, right-click on it and then select 'open with'. You'll be given a list of programs you want to open html files with and can then select IE (or whatever).

Windows should then remember what you selected.

                Hi there

Just go into "My Computer", "Local Disk C:" and you will get the file explorer. You can also use windows explorer, to go here, simply click on "Start | Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorers".

                Kind Regards

                    Hi Paul

I'm afraid i am out of ideas with this. It looks like you have a windows issue, rather than Norton.

You could try checking Microsoft Knowledgebase here
