    offline ordering in business v7 problem

    A customer of ours is having problems placing offline orders in actinic business v7.

    under ordering, when they press new order, it throws up a program error and it closes. On running the act diagnostics under trouble shooting, it says registery key not present?!?!

    Is there a bug in the program or have we done something wrong when upgrading? They originally had catalog v7 installed on their machine and then upgraded to business.

    I also have their copy of actinic installed on my machine and i get the same error as what they do and i also upgraded from catalog to business. i also have a cpopy of catalog 7 of another customers on a different machine and the offline ordering works fine on here.

    Any help appreciated.

      Hi there

      What version are you running? There is a bug which was fixed in 7.0.3, which was the offline ordering will crash if you had no discounting information.

        yes we are using 7.0.2

        we have nothing in the order level discounts but do have discounts on the cart contents section.

        is there anywhere we can download a patch from?
