Fatal Error - any ideas?

Can anyone advise how I am able to review the fatal error as detailed below..

This occurs when trying to export snapshot for back up purposes.

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 816) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7.1\Sites\Aloe Vera and You\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.

Hi Linda

Please try this :

1. Go to Housekeeping | Compact Databases
2. Select both Catalog and Shipping and OK
3. Actinic will shut down once the databases have been successfully compacted
4. Re-open Actinic and try exporting a snapshot again

Also ensure you are clicked onto a product just before starting a snapshot
