Shipping error - 'No shipping options defined for this location'

    OK, here is the site...

    www.onlinealloys.net

Now, we want a simple delivery structure...

Everything under £350 should be charged £9.50 delivery
Everything over £350 should be charged £35.00 delivery

Initially we had it working fine with one standard charge of £35. However, having set it to work based on cost, now the site is uploaded I get the shipping destination error on the checkout, you can see it for yourself, just put something in the basket and try and checkout...

    What am I doing wrong?

In Shipping/Handling I have the 'total value' radio button selected.
Shipping band is 'by zone' with only one option for courier. To the side I have two options

    Order Value £1.00 Cost £9.50

    and

    Order Value £350.00 Cost £35.00

    Excess is 'don't allow excess'

In 'payment and security' I have 'limited by location' ticked and the only valid location is United Kingdom.

Somebody, anybody know what I am doing wrong here???

    Thanks in advance - Ben

Try changing the "dont allow excess" to "use highest figure in table" .. or words to that effect as not at an Actinic PC at the moment

      Hi Ben,

When you set up the shipping grids the amounts you put in mean 'up to' that value, so you have set so that if someone orders up to £1 they get charged £9.50 and up to £350 they get charged £35.00 and having 'Excess' set to 'do not allow excess' means that customers are not allowed to order goods over £350. You need to set the grid as:

      Value..............Cost
      350.00............9.50
      350.01.............35.00

Set the 'Excess' to 'Take the highest value in the table'. It should work then.
