    Help! Actinic won't start! Error message.

    Got a problem! Actinic won't start up, it just gives the following error message and returns to desktop Anybody got any ideas what's wrong

    There was a problem with the database

    Operation: Executing the query 'DELETE * FROM [ProductProperties] WHERE ([nPropertyID] IN (42524));'

    Database name: C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Barcode Express\ActinicCatalog

    The search key was not found in any record.

    Action: Contact your Actinic reseller or Actinic Support as appropriate

    Hi there

    Hmmm.. do you have Access2000, if so, then please go to: "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Barcode Express". Find the "ActinicCatalog.mdb" and open it in Access. Now go to "Tools | Database Utilities | Compact and Repair Database". It will close down the database and open it again. Once it has done this, close it down and open Actinic.

    If the same happens please open an email support ticket on: http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm

    They will ask for the ActinicCatalog.mdb, so please zip this up.
