To save the customer reading all Terms & Conditions (T&C) at the checkout I have embedded HTML links with further T&C details in specific T&C pages within the catalogue (See www.calmncomfy.co.uk) with instructions for the customer to click the "back" button on the browser to return to the checkout.
This works fine on the second checkout page (where the full T&C appears at the bottom of the page & the address is physically entered). However, on the first checkout page (where the t&c hyperlink is clicked & a popup box is generated for t&c) the back button is of no use.
Any experts with a solution that will not confuse the customers?
