I've literally - today - just gone to broadband access on our network here and am using that link to download orders. I've never had this problem before on ISDN. It's a script error when it says 'Retrieving PSP authorisation' (even though I don't think there are any orders, nor psp authorisations to download). In the error.err file it has 7 of the following entries for today, all the same except for the time. The error box I get at the time mentions no specific file, but says there's some sort of file problem.
Program = CATALOG , Program version = 181 , HTTP Server = Apache/2.0.46 (White Box) , Return code = 540 , Date and Time = 11/08/2005 14:33:30, Internal Errors = unable to read ../public_html/acatalog/DX55NW10000332.occ Stale NFS file handle,
That file does not exist.
The site is running on a Linux server. Other times it says 'No orders' as usual, and I believe I've downloaded an order since switching to broadband but I can't be 100% certain about that.
Any ideas what this is, and whether it is serious?
Alan
