I forgot to mention yesterday, 'Generate CGI Templates' is (has been) selected, so unfortunately no resolve there. :/ Look forward to hearing from support on our issue. I believe it has already impacted our sales negatively.

I wanted to let you know that my problem has been resolved.
UK support gave it a good look and determined that I needed to tick "View | Search Settings | Search Options", "Actinic Maintain Search Page" & provided me with a replacement line of code for my simple search in Act_Primary.
I can't thank Seeths & Suresh enough, both have been attentive techs who sought to solve my problem without any criticism of our customizations.
