I haven't added anything to these items so I am unsure why they should be different to anyone else's products. Maybe it is something Actinic has added into the programs.
Anyway GOOD NEWS... the error has been fixed .
I had a great reply from the people at www.avaproductions.co.uk, they suggested that there were too many deleted items (red crosses) in the background. If I sorted them out then it might fix the problem.
And it DID !!!!! The hat sections are now working.
