We are going to be running three Actinic sites, using one PC to download all orders. How is it possible to change the order prefix, so when a customer quotes their order number we immediately know which site the order was placed on?

The prefix is a combination of the buyers name and postcode - you can change the numbers under Help | Trouble Shooting | Order Number so site A could have 1000 , site B 4000 and site C 8000 to help spot which is coming from where.
There must be a way of changing the prefix unless it is built into the program if anyone knows.....

Whilst were on the topic of order numbers. Can anyone confirm how to reset the numbers so that they start from zero again ?
I'll have quite a few test transactions recorded by the time my store goes live, so it would be nice to clear these somehow.
Is it just a matter of clicking "update order number" in troubleshooting?
Confirmation would be appreciated.
Thanks.
