That is my point too - if there is still a shipping cost to remove, action is still oustanding before the order is complete. Easy to miss this in a rush of orders and forget it once it is in the completed tab.

You do get a warning on the payment status. Maybe there could be a tab on the orders side in addition to the existing ones for cancelled orders. I will raise a wish list item for this and add your request.

Come on Bruce. This isn't a wish list item but a bug fix.

I don't believe anyone can seriously argue that an order is completed until the order lines have all been processed AND the payments have been completed.
