I'm sure I've seen the answer to this somewhere. My customers keep complaining that they add something to the basket but then when they come to checkout there's nothing in it.
It's been suggested to me that they might have come via a referring URL and yesterday I confirmed this has definitely happened in at least one case.
Does anyone know how to sort it out, and is it the same for v7?
