    Steven,

In Business Settings | Payment and Security, click 'Credit Card' and then on 'Configure Method' and chek if you have ented the 'User ID' provided by Actinic correctly. This is case sensitive.

          Steven,

Checked the site and noticed that the URL once in the cgi-bin is wrong.. I see this..
          http://www.shogunpaintballshop.co.uk...in/ca000001.pl

The double slash is causing the problem. Check the Network settings and update the site.

          Kind regards,

It is with the settings on your system. If you add a product to the cart onthe store you will see that it goes to http://yourdomain//cgi-bin/osxxxxx1.pl and on clicking next to go onto the SSL page there the url becomes https://secure.actinicsecure.com/cgi-bin/sp000001.pl . The additional / is coming from somewhere and that is causing the issue.

Could you post your Network Settings without FTP username and Password, so that I can take a look at it?

              Kind regards,

Change these paths to be as follows...
                  URL: http://www.shogunpaintballshop.co.uk/acatalog/
                  CGI BIN: http://www.shogunpaintballshop.co.uk/cgi-bin/

Click on Apply and run a test on the settings. Once done Update the store and all should be fine. If you still have problems, please email me offline with your network settings file and I will get it going for you.

                  Kind regards,
