first order few problems..

Firstly wey...! Hey...! first order recived , only it was recived twice,

a customer placed an order for 1 product and recived a conformation email,
we also recived an email saying the order had been placed.
on downloading the order it could not be opened message order corrupt.
paypal sent email saying payment recived, before we got another email saying order recived at site from the same customer, this time on opening second order the payment was pending.
the customer duly complained that he had recived 2 order numbers for only one order,sorted that all out manually no probs but is this going to happen again , is there something wrong,

i also got the emails that were sent to the customer twice is this normal do we allways get a copy of the mail that is sent to the customer

Paypal is somewhat overloaded by Christmas shopping I think.

Gary, I've been reading your various posts with interest. Congrats on your first order - exciting isn't it?

I hope you sort out whatever problem caused the duplication as nothing taints the joy of receiving orders than panicking that they'll go wrong. At least you're in the right place to get good help.
