v6.1.4 isn't out, and we don't have a precise shipping date although it will be before Christmas, hopefully well before.
We have done a load of work on the firewall/referrer issue and although it won't fix 100% of all cases, after v6.1.4 it will work in the vast majority of instances and return to the expected page, even when Norton and Zone Alarm are suppressing referrer information. One of the team worked right through the last two weekends working on, solving and testing problems in this area. so we're trying to get a new release out as soons as we can.
