    We have a small problem with our catalog, our clinet has found this !

    “ After I pretended I was from Botswana and then realized my mistake and changed my address to the U.K. the system still charged me £12.50 delivery (the outside the E.U. price?) “

    We have a number of zones set up and with in them delivery charges, if the products purchased is over a set amount they get free delivery,

    The problem is if you select the wrong country then say Zambia then correct it to a country in the EU say the UK it dose not recalculate to UK delivery cost it keeps the same cost for Zambia or what ever is there a fix to correct the problem..

    Or should I tell my client that if this happens the person should cancel the order and start again…

    Help!

    It should be recalculated at the checkout when the client changes the country. I'm not aware of any bug like this and suggest you give us a link to the site so we can check it out.

        Darren,

        I am not able to replicate this on a default store. I would suggest raising a support ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm as we will need to take a look at a snapshot to see how you have configured your shipping and such.
