Just bought on 2 CLARA sites and both email confirmation received, download notifications received and email send to customer under Actic sent and received.
Horrible Deja Vu as had catalog of problems with Clara when started a year ago. Sorted out now. The problem with email was however not Clara's fault. If your ISP is BT then you need to subsribe to Clara's mail relay. BT are ruthless at blocked non-accredited addresses. In yr mail relay have settings set to your parent BT address (ie ordinarily we are info@pastillo.com but have to point all email at pastillo@btconnect.com).
If your ISP is not BT then worth checking if your ISP does the same thing. Clara know about this conflict with BT
Could be, I've just sent an email to the customer via a normal email account just to see if that works first. Hopefully it won't bounce. Well, maybe I hoped it would if you get my meaning, lol.
It may be worth signing up for a static IP address with BT ... this resolved a lot of issues for me (sending to AOL accounts was a chore) ... think it is just £5.00pm
