    Hi,

You would need to get the custom theme from whoever designed the site (I'm guessing that would be your ISP). It will come in the form of a snapshot. Alternatively, you could re-apply one of the standard themes and start designing from scratch (Design | Themes).

With regards to going to v8 - did you try any of Chris' suggestions. I believe that the best option for you would be to install v5 (the same version as your ISP has and import the snapshot into that. Then you could install v8 onto the same pc and ask it to upgrade your v5 site during the installation (you can get the latest v5 software (5.1.6) from our website or older versions from http://support.actinic.com/versions/). Don't import the v5 snapshot into the current version that you have or you will overwrite the orders - so you will have to do this on a different pc to the current v5 software.

      Hi Tracey,

Many Thanks for your reply. I am trying to get in touch with the ISP and Im not having much luck. They have sent me a Snapshot of the data to import in v8, so I guess this will have the theme in this?

I'll try cdickens approach and let you guys know how I get on.

Our webhost doesnt have SSL installed can you guys tell me if this is OK, as we dont have a payment provider configured.

Not necessarily, if they created it as a custom theme then you should get the templates across but not the original theme they created. Trouble is that this will also need upgrading to whichever version you import it into and may get messed up too. I'm afraid that we can never guarantee how custom templates will get upgraded so you may need to do a lot of work to get them back to how they were.
