I don't know what's happened, but when a customer contacts us, their address is not being transferred to our email. We get their message and email address, but not their postal address & telephone number. Where do I look for the problem. The contact us is on our home page, but I have no contact us on the actinic that I can find. - Help

Hi Nicola,
Welcome to the forum.
I'm guessing a little here, but it looks like you've modified the MailForm.html to add extra fields to the Contact Us page. To get the extra field contents in the e-mail, you'll have to modify the corresponding perl script template - called MailForm.pl. This is copied to your website as ml000001.pl

Mailform.pl is the one to edit; mf00001.pl is generated from that when you do an upload.

Message in checkout pages

I used to have a message when the customer went to checkout stating that delivery will be calculated and confirmation of price will be sent by email etc, etc. This is set up in design options/site defaults and still seems to be in place.
I have been messing about with discount & surcharge settings and seem to have made my message on checkout disappear.
I really don't know what has happened. We sell gifts and need to get the message sorted before the Xmas rush our site: www.porreda.com
I have restored a previous snapshot and can't see any changes, I know it's something in discounts but can't see what has happened. Do you have any clues?
