One of my customers has V4 installed with the patch to 4.1.1 and also (I believed) the Norton Firewall patch.
He has just had a customer reporting the General Script error that the Norton patch is supposed to fix.
Can anyone tell me what I need to tell my customer to do to check whether he has the Norton patch installed please?
