hello, im trying to retreive web orders and im getting a caution box saying 'The system cannot find the file specified' and its stopping us from retrieving the web info. anyone have any clues please?

Your orders are kept as .ord files, can you log into your server via ftp and see if anything is there?Comment

Tried your website and it was down so that looks like the most obvious cause. Check that the site is there and then check the orders - the error is usually associated with no responce from the server.
Check the server status and see if they are having problemsComment
