Is there a way of changing the text on the protx refusal page, where a customer's card is refused for whatever reason?
The wording at the moment is a bit "snotty" and makes our company sound unfriendly. A bit like we're saying "go away peasant and come back when you have some money or a non stolen credit card"!!
We want to try to encourage legitimate users to try again making sure their details are accurate.
