    This won't resolve the WP issue but it will be interesting to see if it cures the PP one.

        Hooray! It cured the Paypal problem. So we just need to work out why we're getting the same issue with Worldpay. I think I need to drop them a mail and ask then to check our integration. Thanks for your help on this Jo.

          Very interesting....

          I'm glad its resolved the paypal issue. I'd contact worldpay and ask them to update their DNS for your site - it could be they have the incorrect IP stored.

          I had this a while ago with a new client - when they moved to us - neither PP or WP worked. It was 2 separate issues. One was the PP fix you've just applied. The other was WP.
