We have been using Positive Internet to host our website www.homebits.co.uk for over a year and have never had any problems that is until this weekend. We now seem to be getting a general script error when someone trys to go to the checkout and it appears that the OS000001.pl file is giving us the following message. System Error: Unable to open content directory. No such file or directory.
We have tested our network settings which pass no problem, and done two site refreshes but we still get this message. I show below the settings that work and that we have not changed. All that Positive Internet can say is "It appears to be an issue with the scripts that you have uploaded to our servers. So it is physically at our end, but there doesn't seem to be anything we can usefully do to fix it. It looks like the author of those scripts, or someone who deployed them, may be in a better position to see what's going wrong here". Can anyone help?
