Eclipse and Madasafish
Eclipse is an Exeter based ISP, humble beginnings, huge now. i used them in the early 90's when my local cable provider didn't offer broadband. I wanted to move from dialup to BB so went with Eclipse (Eclipse were good, although we got cut off twice, one for 3 days, once for 10days - both issues were due to BT) as soon as i could I swapped back to cable
I also used Madasafish for hosting in 1998/9 - at the time they were the only company i could find that would allow you to host your own domain in free space..... ahh the old days!
