Have you tried adding the image to a product and then uploading to test the image integrity as i have already recommended?

    You could also try:

    !!<<img src="calling_card.jpg" alt="Royal Mail will leave you a calling card like this" width="361" height="251" border="0" />>!!

Can you provide a screenshot of an example of where you are referncing these on a product or a fragment and also a screenshot of your directory structure within the site1 folder.

Before doing any of that can you open one of the problem images in your photo software and 'save as' a jpeg file (do it even if it already is) and save it within the site1 folder and then point to that image with a product or fragment and then upload the site. You may have fell foul to the dodgy jpeg image problem. Do exactly as i have mentioned to test so.

You might also want to check that your images are really on your server ie they have been uploaded correctly

You can use ftp software to link to your server or go into your server control panel and most usually have a simple file management system on which you will be able to see if the images are there.

The images are on the site http://www.justaromatherapy.co.uk/ac...logo_small.jpg

It looks as though you have forgotten the closing / in the website url in Network Settings and/or Business Settings.

(i.e. currently read www .justaromatherapy.co.uk - should read www .justaromatherapy.co.uk/ [without the space between www and the . ])

If that's the answer, how weird that product images are showing.

The layout is obviously been hand coded - I would redo it in DW or create it within Actinic ie use the catalog page

I would change the image source in the fragment to include acatalog ie acatalog/image.jpg

I would also rename the images to be .jpg instead of .jpeg.

The images for eg 'essential_oils_home.jpeg' is not on your server. I know it's been mentioned before but make sure they are added to the additional files list.

Ok if your images are held in site1 folder there should be no need to use additional files.

Check the image name you are calling to its actual name, ie does it match character for character, upper case, lower case etc.

do a forum search for the problem some people have had with images and vista

are you talking about product images that you browse for in the product dialog box?
