We are using catalog v. 6.1.5.0.0.0.EGRA. on our web site http://sutronics.com. We have had no problems until recently. Now we find that we are not receiving notification emails when orders arrive and if we want to email a customer we get the message 'unable to send email - check SMTP server'.
We have checked in advanced/network setup and our SMTP is our IP address, and is correct.
Please can you advise where else we might look to rectify the problem.
