    shopping cart is empty

    I have 2 sites hosted with active 24. Over the weekend both sites developed the same problem:

    Add a product to the cart
    Update cart or checkout empties the cart.

    We are not using ssl
    scripts are seemingly working and set to 755
    I have made no changes to the scripts

    the website addresses to check out are http://www.babycaretens.com and www.bodyclock.net

    Check the server times or your expiry periods, sounds like it might be date and time related to me.

        Well, you could have tried the in-built Actinic Help, searching for 'expiry periods' as a starter for 10.

        Try Web > Configure Expiry Periods

        The server time you can check from your Help > Troubleshooting menu

          my expiry period on cart is set to 3 hours.

          BTW: i made no changes to either cart, so the problem is most likely from the hosting company

                OK - thanks worked it out. This annoying company have changed their dates and are 1 day out!!! Problem solved at my end.
