    Suspended ordering

    Hi,

    Quick question.
    Suspended ordering to update website.

Do we have to do a complete refresh to get ordering working again?
What happens if this does not work - ordering does not come back?

    Thanks in advance.

      world ending

      Hi

      Thanks for that.
Pages appear to be refreshing, but a few are not.

If a page does not refresh, should I ftp in and delete page manually and then do another refresh?

      This has not happened before.

      Thanks

      P

No - do a purge and refresh in help | troubleshooting

          getting worse

Tried the purge and refresh - could not complete it.
Now can't do anything - getting lots of error in the error log.

Is there a way to take the snapshot we have and start again with a complete new load-up?

          Thanks in advance.

            Patrick,

Try changing the Script ID in the Network Settings and then Refresh. This has helped resolve a number of issue for me in the past.

Sounds more like you have a isp connection problem to me - do a network test

                buy button

We have tested the network settings and all ok.

This sounds crazy, but the problem arose because after a site update some of the pages were not displaying the buy button, but others were - bit odd.

                See: http://www.compactlaw.co.uk/acatalog...e_Windows.html

Which should have a buy button like: http://www.compactlaw.co.uk/acatalog..._Mac_Pack.html

This is how it all started - no reason for the buy button not to display.

So tried refreshes and manually deleting the pages, (without the button) and then refreshing.

                    doing that

                    Hi,

We are doing that now, but does not seem to have had any affect - still not displaying - bit odd.

Are they showing in the site preview?

no, not showing in the site preview.
but its the same file used throughout the site.

Then the problem is within actinic not the server

                          I dont understand?

                            Sorry for not being clear.
We use our own buy button graphic - and it displays on other preview pages, but not on a handful of pages.
