Am I correct in thinking that when your press CTRL-D to download orders, and it says "updating stock levels' that it does not actually set out of stock items to 'Out of Stock' on the website?
Am I also correct in thinking that in order for that to happen I need to actually press CTRL-U to update the website?
And if so... what happens when I'm running a live site which will need to be updated regularly for 'out of stock' items, but at the same time I am making changes to the website which I haven't tested yet and therefore don't want uploaded?
Is this catered for (can't see that this is an 'unusual' situtation), or is there going to be some complicated workaround involving constantly changing settings or backups and restores etc?
