catalog 3.1 and passive ftp

Still freezing

Ok, I've upgraded to v3.5.
I added passive FTP.
I've had my FTP host open up permissions.

It's still freezing at "Creating remote directory structure." Specifically, it is creating some of the directory structure (COM under acatalog and two .pl files under cgi-bin) and then not responding. What's it trying to do next?

Any ideas from there?

Just a quick point on the settings for the cgi-bin and acatalog folders on the server (if it is Windows)

acatalog should have the following permissions for the I_USR account:

modify
Read & Execute
Read
Write

The FTP user should have the same permissions on the acatalog as the I_USR

The cgi-bin should have the following permissions for the I_USR

Read & Execute

The FTP user should have the following permissions on the cgi-bin
Modify
Read & Execute
Read
Write
