I've looked through the knowledge base but am unable to locate a fault described below which has occured today. (Inicidentally I have used the software for some three and a half years now without too many problems, so this is a bit of a bind).
I had an order successfully placed on my site this afternoon, and two e mails from would be purchasers who complained that the catalgoue kept either giving them a General Script Error or throwing them back to the index page of the catalgue.
Having tried it myself several times, along with my ISP, this is the error message we have received.
Error: Error deleting ../acatalog/213Z106Z18Z71A1073927168B13832C0.cart =
(No such file or directory).=20
I've uploaded the entire site and checked it on the server - all appears to be OK.
My ISP suggests that the problem is being caused by the a file generated by the pressing of the confirm sale button, not being found by the software to continue with the sale process.
Having checked the file structure on the server I can confirm that the files are being generated, they really are there! but the software is failing to find them.
Any suggestions/help alternatives would be gratefully appreciated.
