Problem is with your hosting setup with Clara.

Check th make sure the files are in your web server.

Well I just upload to Clara who site from this machine as normal - is there something I would have to change here before I upload?

Do you have FTP access. If so send me you network settings in a private message and I will have a look at the server setup and compare it to mine.

Is it a Windows/NT server


to get network settings file from Actinic do the following

Advanced > Network > Export.
