    Callback Error

I'm on V6.2 and using WorldPay as the credit card facility.

Whenever an order is processed, although WorldPay processes the payment OK we get the following error: (XXX's inserted by myself)

This order has been charged to your customer's
credit or debit card but an error occurred when
    notifying the web site.

Please look for order number AB37TA1000XXXX in the
list of orders shown when "Pending Online Credit Card"
is selected on the order window in Actinic Catalog,
and manually make a credit card payment record
(View Order, View Payments, New Entry).
The order will now appear in the "Pending" list.

    WorldPay Information:
    transaction id: XXXXXXXXX
    installation id: XXXXX

The notification failed for the following reason:
    Callback to merchant site failed

    Happens on every order.

Anyone know why this is happening and what can be done to sort it?

Have changed and reloaded a new "secret key" via WP tech support, but this has made no difference. To my knowledge we haven't even got callback setup on our WP account.

    Any help, gratefully accepted.

We have referred this question to the development team and received the following advice:

This could happen if the users web site is not registered on the
https://wcc4.select.worldpay.com/wcc/admin page, by clicking on the Installation ID/xxxx (the merchant ID) and clicking on the 'configuration options' button and entering the shop url into the 'Merchant's shop URL'
    field.

Does this go some way to help you?

Try using the URL of your catalog folder - http://www.tiggypig.com/acatalog - as that it where WorldPay has to tell the Perl to create the authorisation file.

If that does not work, try the https URL.

WorldPay are pretty good with Actinic - have you tried contacting their support?
