Actinic can be set up to either preauthorise payments or take payment immediately, if you choose the former then payments arrive with a preauthorised status and then you enter a payment in Actinic for that order when you take the payment - we do this and it works well.
Worldpay has to be set up to either preauthorise or take payment immediately - you should call support or email whoever sent you your worldpay details to change the method. If you have gone to worldpay through a worldpay integrator then they would be able to sort this out for you.
My experience with worldpay is that they set both of my accounts up to work with Select Junior and I had to ask them to change them to Actinic installations with the preauthorise option. The first time could have been my mistake because I probably filled the form in wrong but the second time would have been their mistake.
I dont wish worldpay/actinic to take payments immediately.

It works like this. The orders will come into Actinic with the purchasers details as usual.
You then must go into the Worldpay Admin screens and take the payments. If you suspect an order of being dodgy then you dont take the payment. Saves any trouble with chargebacks.
Just be careful that you DO TAKE payments within 5 days or they will be lost.

is the admin screen in the actinic payment services plugin or the web interface to worldpay.
1) You need to mark all the order lines in the order as either shipped or cancelled.
2) You need ot mark payments as 'received'
3) You need to take some record of the order. This is either by printing an invoice or a data-entry report (if enabled) or by carrying out an export.
If you have done all these, I suggest you contact Actinic Support (at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm) and ask them to take a look at your snapshot. Mention this thread then you register your email support request.
