I was planning on using PayPal as the sole PSP for a clients Actinic site I'm currently working on. Having read this thread though I'm now thinking twice about that! Is there a fix for this address problem??Stephen Knott - Freelance New Media Designer

Originally posted by peterBMay I presume then, from the replies, if you are using PayPal with Actinic you take a chance and post to the address supplied by the purchaser? and, if the card is fraudlent and PayPal take back the money from the site owner it's hard luck!

and it seems to work fine. The invoice that I received from PayPal has the shipping address on it, and I can change the ship to address up front but the billing address had better be right or the card won't post. Also, I don't think that PayPal will allow a shipment to another address unless it has been authorized by the Card Holder through the financial institution. I will have to test that one.
Thanks

I made the change in the perl file and the address seems to be sent to paypal with no problems.
I still have to manually check that payment has been received though.
To Tech Support - Is there any documentation relative to the way the PayPal account has to be set up to work properly with Actinic? I couldn't seem to find any.
Thanks
